The two cross-country areas of Alta Badia are:
Dolomiti Nordic Ski
- Cross-country centre Alta Badia - Armentarola/San Cassiano: The centre is located in Sarè/Armentarola, 3 km from St. Kassian. The ski runs, divided into six routes of varying levels of difficulty including a practice run, span 23 km through meadows and forests at the foot of the Conturine, Lavarella and Settsass mountain chains.
- Cross-country skiing district Corvara - Colfosco: 15 km of ski runs go through the woods of Corvara (1,568 m) to Kolfuschg and up to the foot of the Pisciadu Waterfall (1,650 m).
